BREAKING NEWS: dogs in calabar now predict world cup game scores.

During the Easter festive season, the demand for dog meat in Calabar, Nigeria, was on an all-time high, this gave rise to the victimized dogs screaming out scores when captured.
we, yesterday, categorically received reports from various sources in Calabar yesterday claiming that dogs in the city had all of a sudden begun to talk.
One source, Mr. Effiong Edidiong Iyong, who prefers to be called Yong Money for short, told us that while hunting for dogs that would serve as a form of refreshment during the 2014 World Cup for he and his family, he was able to catch a dog that was sleeping right near a bush.
Thinking his capture of the dog would go as usual, Mr. Effiong took the dog home around the same time Nigeria’s football team, the Super Eagles, were playing a friendly game against the United States.
Due to the fact that there was no electricity for Effiong and his father (who was the only one with him at home) to watch the game, Effiong told us that he was tuned in to the radio to find out the scores. On getting back home, Effiong asked his father what the scores were when the dog who he was about to butcher and put in a freezer whispered “Na two one e go end.”
Effiong thinking he was hearing “double” as he put it, then proceeded to do what most people wouldn’t consider doing.
“I ask am (the dog) wetin him talk and im yan ‘two one’ again n aim I know say I don hammer,” says Effiong, recalling the event. When we asked if he was scared at any point, Effiong told us that it would have been a disgrace for him to flee from a talking dog.
“Yor, I be Calabar. The only thing wey fee make me run from dog na if e carry AK47. I no fee fall hands like that.”
Since Effiong’s initial report, our phones have been blowing up concerning various other reports of World Cup predicting dogs.
Effiong on the other hand has now started premium betting on the World Cup games.
